Are you not entirely satisfied with your purchase or did your order arrive damaged? You can return the product to us. In this case, the shipping costs are at your own expense.
For every purchase, there is a legal cooling-off period of 14 days after receipt of the product. We kindly request that you pack the return shipment carefully and ensure that any unnecessary stickers are removed from the box.

We make returns as easy as possible for you, but there are some conditions for a return shipment.

- Ensure that the products are in their original condition (packaging still intact).
- Damage/problems with your package? Report them within 24 hours by email: info@excellent-horse.nl.
- After the statutory cooling-off period of 14 days, you must offer the shipment within 7 days at a Boerenwinkel sales or service point or the package must be returned directly to us.
- Note: in addition to the return form in the box, please also send it by email to: info@excellent-horse.nl. This way your request will be processed immediately without delay.

- Products (such as electric fence batteries) and medicines with broken seals.
- Seasonal items that have been opened.
- Opened packages.
