Linseed oil is a commonly used feed by horse owners, due to its high content of omega-3 fatty acids. These fatty acids are essential for maintaining healthy skin and supporting the immune system in horses. Additionally, linseed oil contributes to a shiny coat. This product is 100% cold-pressed linseed, ensuring all natural active ingredients remain intact.
In addition to supporting skin and coat, linseed oil is also used to reduce or maintain weight and to support horses' digestion. It aids digestion and gut function, and is ideal for use during the shedding period.
Moreover, this product is GMP+ FSA certified, meaning it meets all quality requirements for optimal horse health. The feeding recommendation is 15-30 ml per day, depending on the size of the horse. For easy measuring from a jerrycan, a pump or tap can be added.
