Herbs Summer Mix contains a combination of nettle leaves, chamomile herb and flowers, birch leaves, yarrow herb, fennel, common horsetail, hawthorn leaves and flowers, walnut leaves, artichoke leaves, and sage. Fennel, yarrow herb, chamomile, artichoke leaves, and sage aid digestion. Chamomile and sage are relaxing, and fennel and sage help stimulate appetite. Birch leaf cleanses the body, hawthorn leaves with flowers are good for circulation, and artichoke leaves are good for the liver and contribute to maintaining healthy blood sugar levels.
